Ofsted Inspection March 2020

In March 2020 Spring Hill High School was inspected to make sure the school met the independent school standards. The Ofsted team of inspectors met with the headteacher, deputy head teacher and the school’s special educational needs coordinator. The inspection team focused on English, mathematics, history and health and social care during the inspection. Inspectors considered the school’s curriculum plans, visited lessons and scrutinised students’work. Documentation was also reviews which included school policies, records of governing body meetings, and the school’s attendance and behaviour records.

Ofsted Inspection November 2019

In November 2019, our school again had a three days standard inspection from Ofsted and the team was pleased with the school’s quality of teaching and learning and assessment and with outcomes for pupils. These two areas were judged as good. The team also found that all Independent School Standards were met because the proprietor and leaders have not complied with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
